The first thing I learned is utilization of the word “they” for representing an individual whose gender is not identified by me. There can also be irrelevance of the gender of the individual in my writing for which the word “they” will be suitable for such an individual. It is not always mandatory that I write negative or uncertain things about the individual whose gender cannot be identified me.
